This immersion method allows the coffee to retain the bean oils and delivers full-bodied coffee.

Pour coarsely ground coffee

Add hot water (not boiling)

Cover the press. wait 4 minutes

Push the plunger all the way in slowly
DRIPPER
This drip method allows for a deliciously clean cup profile and consistency.

Put the filter in the dripper

Preheat

Add the coffee medium grind

Make pre-infusion and make the coffee bloom

Pour the hot water in concentric circles
AEROPRESS
This pressure method delivers a very intense coffee

Vierta cafe con molienda media o medio fina

Haga inicialmente preinfusion

Vierta el agua sobre el cafe molido, si gusta revuelva unos segundos

Presionar el embolo para filtrar la mezcla por la fuerza del aire a presion
